Here at Fuego we do dining a little bit different. Our house specialty is called the
Rodizio translated from Portuguese as a "rotation of meats".
We start your night
out with some home-made pao de queijo, a yucca wheat three cheese delicious bread.
Next we'll bring you out a bowl of our house soup made fresh daily and a nice bowl of our
Brazilian style house salad dressed with our house dressing.
Once you've dined on this for
a while we'll set you up with some sides consisting of: White rice, Yellow rice, Black beans,
Garlic mashed potatoes, Fried sweet plantains, and Fried yucca.
After you get your sides you
are ready to begin your feast. One of our carvers will approach your table with his/her skewer
and knife containing various cuts of: Steak, Pork, Chicken, Sausage and many more all marinated
differently.
Once you accept what they have to offer they will begin to slice portions for you and
your family. They will continuously travel along the restaurant always having something different
so don't fill up too fast!
We also have an A la Carte
menu surely to satisfy anyone; A la Carte items are prepared with fresh ingredients by our
wonderful chefs who take pride in their art.
Our house desserts are included with the Rodizio and range from flan, bread
pudding, and even Bananas Fuego our own personal style of a bananas foster. It includes a small presentation on a hot skillet where sugar is caramelized, bananas are ignited on fire and the whole restaurant yells FUEGO!!!!
